  1. — The story

    How it started

I first fell in love with Muay Thai at 14 years old. After just one month of training at a local gym, I knew it was something I wanted to dedicate myself to — I wanted to be in the gym every single day.

  3. — The turning point

    The opportunity

Early on, I spoke privately with my coach, Bradley Goldberg, and told him how much I loved the sport and how badly I wanted to give it everything. Luckily for me, Bradley offered me an opportunity that changed my life.

He let me help coach the junior classes and learn alongside him, earning my own training in the adult classes afterwards. From that day on, I was there every single day, dead on time — holding pads, learning, coaching, training, and putting my heart and soul into the sport.

  6. — In the ring

    The record

Across 15 years I’ve competed in 10 no-contest competitions, 2 tournaments, and 6 decision bouts. At 16 I fought at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry and competed on Super MTC at Scala, broadcast on Sky — where I defeated an 8× Muay Thai champion ranked number one in the UK K1 division at the time. More recently I competed on the prestigious Hitman Fight League at the Indigo at The O2.

Muay Thai is my foundation, but I’ve also spent years studying Boxing, K1, and MMA striking — coaching thousands of people across the South of the UK and holding pads for athletes at the highest level, from UK amateur MMA number ones to top-level professional boxing prospects.

  10. — The programme

    The Pad Guy Programme

For years, people have asked me to take my coaching online and share how to hold pads properly. Whether you’re one of my students, you follow me on Instagram, or you’ve just landed here wanting to improve — The Pad Guy Programme was created for you. Inside, I’m giving you 100% of my knowledge. All I ask is that if you step in, you give 110% back.

Pad holding can feel difficult at first, but with confidence, repetition, and experience it becomes something powerful. This programme is here to help you hold pads with purpose, build better fighters, and understand the art of coaching on a deeper level.
